3D Protein Bar — Bold — Brazil

3D protein bars for Bold, Brazil’s leading protein bar brand (acquired by Ferrero in 2026): one master model, six flavours, print-ready packaging visuals.

In March 2026, Ferrero bought Bold, the brand that grew from a 2018 start-up into Brazil’s leading protein bar. The cut bars on its wrappers were built here, in 3D.

Bold relaunched the line with a new, softer formula, and every wrapper had to show it: the coating, the crispies on top, the filling, the soft core. A real protein bar cut in half doesn’t cooperate. It crumbles, the filling smears, and no two flavours look like they were shot on the same day.

So each bar was built once in 3D and every flavour became a variation of the same model: chocolate or white coating, caramel, pistachio cream, lemon, brownie, cookies. Same cut, same angle, same light across the whole line. That is what makes six SKUs read as one family on the shelf.

The same 3D bar from a 6 cm wrapper also runs on the floor display, more than a metre and a half tall. That is what print-ready means in practice: one file, built once, that holds up at any size.

The last images are not renders: the real bars used as reference, the floor display and the shelf where the work ends.
